Order Processing Time

  • All orders require 1 to 3 business days for processing, quality check, and packaging before shipment.

  • Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal US holidays and weekends.

Shipping Times & Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 4 to 8 business days within the continental United States.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.

Shipping Fees & Address Accuracy

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information (including unit, apartment, or suite numbers). Lumika is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong address due to inaccurate details provided at checkout.

Refused Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages

  • If a delivery is refused by the customer or returned to our facility due to an incorrect address provided during checkout, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any return shipping fees incurred.

Delays & Force Majeure

  • While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, shipping carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) may experience unexpected delays due to severe weather, high holiday volumes, or logistical disruptions. Lumika is not liable for carrier-related transit delays once the package has been handed over to the courier.

Import Duties & Sales Tax

  • For orders delivered within the United States, applicable state sales tax will be automatically calculated and applied at checkout according to local state regulations.
